Meet Coach Michael

About me

Well howdy! I'm Coach Michael, a Certified Master Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through ISSA. I'm a passionate advocate for health and fitness and a firm believer in the power of transformation. My journey as a personal trainer has been fueled by a desire to help others discover their strength and confidence. I guide clients through personalized programs that are both effective and sustainable, focusing on building lasting habits and achieving long-term results. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education from Murray State University. In my past work experience, I worked for the YMCA for three years as a fitness attendant, personal trainer, health coach and a wellness center coordinator helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I have worked with a variety of people at different fitness levels and with different goals. My focus is creating adaptive programs, specific for each client, in order to optimize results and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Give me a call or send me an email. My Philosophy

I have been an athlete all my life, whether its playing basketball, soccer, baseball, lifting weights, so I know what it takes to put in the work every day, to sacrifice, to do what you need to even when you don't want to, and to refuse to quit even when things are not going your way. I know what it's like to work for something that you so badly desire. These are the things I strive to instill in all my clients.

I believe that to up your fitness and nutrition and make sure your results last for a long time, you need to:

  • Be held accountable
  • Be challenged
  • Enjoy the journey
  • Learn how to adapt to the landscape

My coaching is different because I want to give you all the tools you will need to stay healthier, and to stay happy and enjoy life.

That is why it is so important to have a partner in this journey! I will do my part to make sure this part of your journey is as fun, is challenging, and sustainable as possible.
